Tiscali customers frustrated by move to TalkTalk

Tiscali customers are facing a second day of frustration as their phone lines are moved/migrated to TalkTalk.

Purbeck Broadband has heard from a number of customers who have no phone or broadband service. When speaking to customer support, they are told disruptions could last 24 hours, the same answer was given last week!

Hi I was with fiscal and changed just before I had to and have have had nothing but hassle their telephone support is terrible when you eventually get through .you could be saddled with a 18 month contract if you are not careful you really need to check .that my advice is get away from talk talk all they do is talk crap I have been mis sold packages that our pubecklines will never live up to in a month of Sunday’s all the operators are based in abroad nothing wrong with that except I don’t think they are quite up to it one I spoke to had no idea what a apple iPad was and told me my Microsoft windows needed up dating take my advice DO NOT JOIN TALKTALK
    I have spent 5 days on the phone and got now where and I shall be doing the same again next week hope fully they will get so fed up with me they will let me out off their contract I cannot even watch a utube clip sad they should be called slowslow
    It is not worth the hassle google talktalk online and see for your sell
